Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, today received the Executive Director of the UN Food Program, James Morris, at Al-Yamamah Palace.
The Crown Prince welcomed the UN official, and praised the Program for the support and aid it extends to the poor worldwide.
Morris thanked the Kingdom for its continual support of the Program since its establishment, and noted that the Kingdom has provided donations in cash and kind amounting to over $400 million.
The audience was attended by Prince Turki Al-Faisal, Prince Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Prince Dr Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed Al-Saud, and Abdulmohsin bin Abdul Aziz Al-Tuwaijeri, Advisors at the Crown Prince’s Court, and Dr Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz bin Muammar, the Minister of Agriculture.
