Nada Al Dajaj
For 6 to 8 persons
Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 chickens
- 12 tablespoonsful of corn oil
- 6 tomatoes pureed
- 10 black peppercorns
- cardomom seeds
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- salt
Cooking Instructions
- Clean the chickens and brush with flour and salt; then cut into quarters.
- Heat the oil and fry the spices in the oil till brown.
- Add the chicken pieces and stir until golden brown.
- Add the tomato puree and salt; simmer until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve with white rice.
