The Stadium is furnished with a Royal Pavilion, accessible from the Western side of the Stadium. The Royal Pavilion contains:
- the Royal Reception Lounge
- the Royal Office
- the office of the General President of Youth Welfare
- the VIP Lounge
- the Museum
- the Service Area
- Refreshment Lounges for VIP Areas
The King Fahd International Sports Stadium also contains 23 rooms specially assigned for television and radio broadcasting. Seven of these are located over the Royal Pavilion; the rest are located beneath the Media Control Center on the eastern side of the Stadium.
