The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is concerned with the development and use of the Kingdom's human resources. It is responsible for manpower planning, labor relations and the general monitoring of all matters relating to employment affairs.

This Ministry is also tasked to deal with labor disputes, employment in the private sector and labor visas.
