Council of Ministers: Jurisdiction

Article 19:

Subject to the provisions of the Basic Law of Government and the Majlis Al-Shoura Law, the Council of Ministers shall formulate and supervise the implementation of internal, foreign, financial, economic, educational and defense policies as well as all policies pertaining to the general affairs of the state.

The Council of Ministers shall also look into the resolutions passed by the Majlis Al-Shoura. The Council shall hold the executive power and have the final say in the financial and administrative matters of all ministries and other governmental bodies.
