9th April 2013 - Proposal for a bypass for the Strait of Hormuz

As a response to Iran's frequent threats to close the Strait of Hormuz, a Saudi has proposed a canal that would enable all shipping to bypass the Strait of Hormuz with clear access to the Indian ocean.
