12th June 2012 - Should Opec set a higher quota?

On arriving in Vienna yesterday Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi raised the question of the total level of Opec production, suggesting that the total level of should be reviewed. The Minister was careful to say such a review could result in a lower total production target but the clear implication was that he had a higher level in mind.
