When Prince Waleed bin Talal arrives in Nepal, he will be given Nepal's highest honour for visiting dignitaries, the Rastradeep medal. The Neaplese authorities are hoping to strengthen ties between their country and Saudi Arabia and to attreact Saudi investment.
