20th July 2010 - First direct flight from Baghdad to the Kingdom in 20 years

A Saudi Arabian plane carrying Umrah pilgrims has flown from Iraq to the Kingdom for the first time in 20 years. The plane, a chartered Alwafeer Airlines flight, brought 384 Iraqi pilgrims to Jeddahâ€™s King Abdul Aziz International Airport on Monday night, the 19th July.
