27th January 2010 - Israel says no to Gaza inquiry (AN)

The Israeli Government has refused to set up a special panel to investigate allegations of war crimes perpetrated in the course of Israels' incursion into Gaza in January last year. "By rejecting calls for an independent inquiry, Israel could open itself to international war crimes proceedings."
