13th August 2009 - Yemeni planes bomb northern province for 2nd day (WP)

The Yemeni airforce has bombed Saada province (which borders Saudi Arabia) for a second day in an effort to put down Shi'ite rebels in this northern Yemeni province. There is general concern in the Arabian peninsula that the conflict in Yemen, which sets Sunnis against Shi'ites, could destabilise the whole region.
