In what is seen as a clear policy shift by President Barack Obama's administration, Ali al-Marri, a Saudi-Qatari accused of being an al-Qaeda sleeper agent, has been formally charged by a federal court with supporting a foreign terror group. This means that, after seven years in detention, Al-Marri will at last have his day in court.
