3rd February 2009 - Saudis issue overseas wanted list (BBC)

Saudi Arabia has called on a list of 83 militants living abroad, all but two of whom are Saudis, to return to the Kingdom and abandon their extremist views. A Saudi rehabilitation programme has enjoyed considerable success, although the Kingdom has recently acknowledged that some of its graduates have subsequently lapsed back into terrorism.
