30th January 2009 - Judge refuses to delay a case at Guantnamo (IHT)

A military judge presiding over the trial of a Saudi accused of masterminiding the attack on the US navy destroyer Cole in 2000 has rejected an Obama administration request for a delay in the proceedings to allow the new administration time to assess options.
