In an effort to reinvigorate the Middle East peace process, President Obama has declared he is keen to listen to the views of all those in the region. His emissary, George Mitchell, has been despatched and will visit Saudi Arabia as part of his extensive tour. "Saudi Arabia's foreign minister, Prince Saud al-Faisal, told Saudi-owned al-Arabiya. Obama has praised a 2002 Saudi peace plan calling for normalized Arab ties with Israel in exchange for Israeli withdrawal from territory occupied since 1967. Arab states, Saud said, are waiting to answer the administration's questions."
