Riyadh, 6th October 2003
Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Faisal, the Director of King Saud University, on Monday inaugurated an international seminar on the history of the Arabian peninsula, which is organized by the departments of history, and archaeology and museums at the Faculty of Arts.
Dr Abdul Aziz bin Saleh Al-Hilabi, head of the seminar’s preparatory committee, said that participants of the seminar would discuss 36 papers, which will be presented by researchers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries.
Dr Abdullah Mohammed Al-Faisal highlighted the attention accorded by King Saud University to promoting scientific research.
