The Saudi Cultural Days, organized in Syria by the Saudi Culture and Arts Society and the office of the cultural attaché in Damascus, in cooperation with the Syrian Ministry of Culture, concluded their activities here on Thursday.
The six-day Cultural Days included seminars on the Saudi culture, poetry nights, and a formative arts show. A number of Saudi thinkers and intellectuals participated in the Cultural Days. Mohammed Al-Shaddi, the head of the Saudi Culture and Arts Society, said the organization of the Cultural Days had come in line with the directives of Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the President of Youth Welfare. He noted that organization of such Cultural Days would positively contribute to enhancing cultural cooperation among Arab countries.
