Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received here today Islamic scholars and intellectuals who participated in the preparatory forum for the extraordinary Islamic summit conference which was concluded here today.
During the meeting, Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Conference professor Akmal Eldeen Ihsan Oglo delivered a statement on behalf of the participants. He thanked King Abdullah for his invitation to hold the extraordinary Islamic summit in Makkah and announced that King Abdullah will lay the foundation stone of the Organization's building.
Afterwards, King Abdullah delivered a statement in which he thanked the participants.
The audience was attended by a number of senior officials.
