Crown prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Aviation and Inspector General has emphasized the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to find ways of achieving peace and stability in the world.
The Crown Prince, who will lead the Kingdom's delegation to the 60th session of the U.N. General Assembly next week, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul-aziz, said "The Kingdom is seeking continuously through the United Nations and all other states world-wide to build an effective strategy for durable and comprehensive cooperation for the good of humanity.
"The Custodian of Two Holy Mosques has honored me to represent him in this important session and to speak on various issues including terrorism, energy, development and reforms which could lead to genuine progress for the human society," the Crown Prince said in an interview with "Okaz" Arabic Newspaper published today on the occasion of his address at the General Assembly.
"On the fringes of the General Assembly session, I will be interested to meet with a number of world leaders to consult and exchange views, coordinating positions in order to reach a united stand on basic issues which are occupying minds of the human beings and hampering the march of true progress and reforms," the Crown Prince added.
