Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Deputy President of Youth Welfare, opened here today Riyadh's First Youth Festival, organized by the Youth Welfare, within its summer youth programs, to be held in a number of cities and regions of the country.
In a key address, Prince Nawaf highlighted the importance of the youth in development.
He told the gathering that the festival includes diverse programs designed to benefit the youth.
