U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived here today.

At Riyadh Airbase, she was received by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister; Ambassador Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Nuwaiser, Chief of Protocols at the Foreign Ministry; James Oberwetter, U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom and U.S. embassy's members.
