Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Fouad Al-Farsy held here today a meeting with editors-in-chief of Saudi newspapers and magazines.
The Minister conveyed to the editors the thanks of the Saudi leaders for the role played by the Saudi press in their coverage of anti-terror efforts.
The Minister commended the role of the press in cementing social cohesion, fighting those who want to harm the country's security, stressing solidarity between the leadership and people and highlighting people and intellectuals' views toward the criminal acts carried out by the deviant group.
The meeting was attended by a number of senior officials of the Ministry of Culture and Information.
