An anti-AIDS campaign was launched today in Jeddah to mark the International Day on AIDS under the theme "Women and AIDS.
The demonstration, designed to enlighten people as to the dangers of the spread of the killer disease of AIDS, marched along a number of main streets in the Red sea resort city of Jeddah.
Marchers were carrying slogans, signboards, photographs, pamphlets and brochures warning of the spread of the symptoms of the disease.
