07Oct2004 King Fahd sends Islamic materials to Muslims in London

London, 7th October 2004

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz has sent an annual gift of Islamic materials, including numerous copies of the Holy Quran and its interpretation in several languages and various books on Islam, to Muslims in London, which arrived in the British capital today.

Director of the Makkah-based Muslim World League’s London office Abdul Aziz bin Naffa’a Al-Harbi said that the Islamic materials, which weigh over ten tons, will be distributed in mosques, Islamic centres, universities and research centres in London before the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan.
