Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, will tomorrow lay the foundation stone of the first phase of the Taif-Baha-Abha Road project. The first phase of the project will be implemented at a cost of approximately SR600 million.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Minister of Transport Dr Jubara bin Eid Al-Sureisiri highlighted the great attention accorded by the Saudi government to the roads sector. He noted that Taif-Baha-Abha Road will significantly contribute to the development of Makkah, Baha and Asir regions. The first phase of the project will be implemented within three years.
