15Jul2004 Dr Al-Namlah announces new social security regulation

Skaka, Saudi Arabia, 15th July 2004

Minister of Social Affairs Dr Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Namlah said that the Ministry submitted to senior authorities a new regulation on social insurance for low-salaried employees, divorcees and widows.

In an open meeting with citizens, Dr Al-Namlah said that the Ministry is conducting a feasibility study on paying subsidies for monthly social insurance. He stressed the keenness of his Ministry to provide the best possible social services to citizens.
