The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Syria on Saturday signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance scientific and educational cooperation.
Minister of Higher Education Dr Khalid Bin Mohammad Al-Anqari and his Syrian counterpart, Dr Hani Murtada, signed the agreement, which is aimed at promoting the exchange of visits by Saudi and Syrian officials and researchers and enhancing cooperation between Saudi and Syrian academic and cultural institutions.
