The Saudi Geological Survey Commission is currently carrying out a mining development program, aimed at developing the Kingdom’s mineral resources.

The Commission carries out mining programs, provides advice on issues pertaining to supply and demand in the market for minerals, promotes investment in the mining sector and preservation of the environment.

The Commission recently established a National Database on the Saudi Mining Industry, which is aimed at developing the industry to boost the national economy and economic diversification.
