Eqar and Bena Investment Company signed a designing contract for a SR600 million hotel tower project in Jeddah, Arab News reported today.
Arab News quoted Chairman of the Company Faisal bin Hussin Al-Kaf as saying that the project will include the tower and a huge commercial complex overlooking the coast.
Adeeb Hussein Kutb, the Project Designer, said that the project would also have a cinema, two upper floors for offices, two floors for shops, and fifteen floors for the hotel.
