Dr Abdulmalik bin Abdulrahman Al Al-Sheikh, Secretary General of the Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz International Prize for Water, tonight arrived in Cairo to lead the Kingdom’s delegation to the 8th International Conference on Water Technology. The Conference was organized by Al-Mansourah University in collaboration with Egypt’s Ministry of Water and patronized by Prime Minister Dr Atif Sidqi.
The Conference, scheduled to commence in Alexandria tomorrow, will discuss a number of issues, including management of water demands, low-cost water technology, and sewage treatment.
Over one hundred papers will be submitted at the conference by Arab and foreign participants from twenty-five countries.
