The Kingdom transferred $15,400,000 to support the budget of the National Palestinian Authority.
Saudi representative at the Arab League, Faisal Tirad, said in a press statement today that the sum represented the instalments of December 2003 and January 2004 for support of the National Palestinian Authority, based on directives issued by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz and in accordance with resolutions approved by the Beirut Arab Summit in 2002.
