The Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi said that he does not rule out taking a decision to reduce the production ceiling of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) during today’s extraordinary meeting of OPEC Oil Ministers.
In a statement to the Algerian News Agency, Al-Naimi said that the ministerial conference will reduce the production ceiling should it be deemed necessary.
