During its 61st session, the Shoura Council today issued a number of decisions on international treaties and the annual performance of the Ministries of Islamic Affairs and Education.
Secretary General of the Council, Dr Homoud Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Badr, said that the Council approved a cooperation treaty between the Kingdom and Russia in the field of oil and gas. The Council also approved the Kingdom’s application to join the Prohibition of Marine Pollution Convention in 1973.
