11Dec2003 Saudi horses win World Beauty Championships

Paris, 11th December 2003

Two Saudi horses owned by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz won international trophies for winning first place at the World Beauty Cup for Arab thoroughbred foals and mares, which was held in Paris this week, it was reported today.

”Insha’allah” came first in the foal championship, and “Khadija” came first at the mare championship, and “Al-Shimal”, which is also owned by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, occupied second place in the world beauty championship for foals.

Horses from twelve countries, including Australia, Britain, Denmark, Egypt, France, Italy, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, and the UAE, took part in the championships.
